The Neethling Brain Instruments™ have been used by more than 200,000 people worldwide. They were developed by Dr Kobus Neethling, under the guidance of "the father of creativity" Professor Paul Torrance of the University of Georgia, and are based on decades of international research into whole brain science. 

The easy to use on-line assessments provide you with a comprehensive graphical and written report on your natural thinking preferences. A separate assessment is also available to profile your skills. Once we have this information, we can match your brain profile to hundreds of jobs on our database to see if your thinking preferences align with those needed for your preferred career.

The assessments take approximately 15-20 minutes each to complete and you receive a personalized seven page report on your thinking preferences - including your full colour brain profile - plus a 33-page booklet "Understanding Your Whole Brain".

The report will recommend general areas of employment that suit your thinking preferences. We also offer a one hour consultation to discuss this information in detail and compare/contrast your thinking preferences to any jobs or study paths that you have in mind. During this one on one coaching session we also bring in other Master Results Coaching techniques, such as career values elicitation, so you can get clear on what is important to you in a job.
